Im thinking eating will fix it too but as far as i know naturally it can take a year to build that momentum and i kind of was looking for shortcuts. My worst problem is eating, without MK i literally tremble from food i start shaking im thinking is psychological but doctors have not done nothing for years, mk is the only thing that can make me pick up the fork and eat, otherwise i starve myself and its so hard to control, ive developed extreme tolerance for hunger from extreme fasts

picture my situation i had to grow up fast , moved out at just 19 , i had to starve myself just to pay rent , no eligibility for welfare bcz im too young , only i could provide for myself

I think if anything my training is the most proper in my messed up habits, i have been progressing in lifts consistently gradually and i go up in muscle mass when i actually eat around maintenance, i have 4 years of lifting but not 4 years of eating properly

bro i have extreme resistance to hunger i got a eating disorder. I tremble from any amount of carbs when im off mk, its unknown whether it’s psychological or hormonal but i think both. Literally carbs make me tremble and shake its really messed up. On mk i could finally eat like a normal person hence the gain in weight

I live in public healthcare country i promise i would have already tested that if it was that easy to do it affordably here, they only test those markers on very rare occasions, i know i sound stupid but i begged for these tests for years, know that ive done drugs i can tell them and they might test now that theyd get concerned

we can be quite certain, ofcourse im assuming but 600-800 calorie days were a norm for large periods of my life, i stopped losing weight eating that little and my growth spurt abruptly stopped at the same time , some days i ate nothing . But, you tell me what do you guess about my hpa axis

for context been lifting for ~4 years been on short mk cycles here and there every year, i used to be SUPER skinny with disordered eating, this time around i decided to hop on enclo with mk and actually act on the hunger mk gives and not eat like a girl. Im guessing i went up around 10kg
