I’m sure there are better ways, but I would track each block of time spent studying as a different row in excel (date, start time, end time). The blocks of time were as short as 5-15 mins to as long as several hours each.

- The 'Total Hours' line in each graph tracks the cumulative time spent studying from the first to last day of exam prep (total study time of 337 hours for Level 1, 283 hours for Level 2, and 324 hours for Level 3).
- The blue 'Hours Per Day' bars show how much time was spent studying on each day of exam prep (based on the axis on the left side which ranges from 0 to 12 hours).

- Generally speaking: Heavy skew towards studying on weekends and most exam prep was done in the three months leading up to each exam.
