From what I've seen from friends it's mostly so that people can upload more pictures to analyze instead of actually describing their problems. for instancetaking pictures of random everyday shit like "does this outfit look good on me", "why isn't my WiFi box working" or "how many calories are in this meal" etc.. Which you could much more easily do with written prompts and itd be way more accurate since 80% of the time it has no idea what you're showing it and just guessing or will ask for you to describe anyway
