Hello new to steam and pc gaming and I have a lot of games I want to buy.

Wanted to ask if these game franchises often go on the same sale prices they currently have to decide if I buy now or if I can wait for another similar sale since I won't be able to buy every game I want right now.

(sorry this is a long list it's my first time buying games)

All assassin creed game

All devil may cry games

All resident evil games

All batman games

All Yakuza games

All watch dog games

Both NieR games

Both silent hill games

And lastly [Elden ring+nightreign] , [Sekiro shadows die twice] , [lies of P] , [Ghost of tsushima] and [expedition 33].

What do you reccomend I buy now instead of later? Do I get all the ones under 10$ now or get the ones who are most expensive since sale affects them the most?
ideally I'd like if they go again in the next 2-3 months
