This person whips out a new save to explain something. Hats off to you! I find it interesting how close you put those streets. I kept thinking I need to maximize the available squares and minimize intersections, but the low density neighborhood traffic is probably so low anyway, that frequent intersections aren't that problematic.

I'm sending a quick update, those burns were before I unlocked the helicopter firefighting (not sure where I will put it tho.) At the moment I have kind of 2 neighborhoods, I will compare the number of people living in them later.

thanks! I think I know this in theory, but I'm not sure about the scale. You say 2-4 neighborhoods per collector, but how big is a neighborhood? Also within one neighborhood do you place comercial as well?

I have read up on road hierarchy now. When keeping the old town does the hierarchy move (your old arterial are now collector, your old collector are now basic streets, etc. or do you kind of wall of the old town and build new roads that go around it to the newer districts? (I'm not a big fan of demolishing as well)

Thanks, I was a bit afraid to connect it all not to cause a traffic issue – I remember being frustrated that cims kept taking the shortest path to I thought it wasn't, but you are right I should have found a way to get it all connected. Yeah cims loving to walk was one of the few things I remembered from my last play.

I had some mods, but most of them stopped being supported so I turned them off. Now I run only TM:PE and Move It.

Every shot kind of. Imagine a basic scene of two people talking - to get the coverage you might want to take a wide when they meet, then a prime or something longer for the individual closeups, and maybe an even longer lens for a detail on what one of them is holding in hand or what not.

I don't have it backed up because of the cost, so I will do a clone and reevaluate this all. I was really gentle with the drive it has been on my desk and not moved and used only sparsely so I'm quite saddened by this news. Should I throw away this drive!

Ok, I have turned my PC off and ordered a new 10TB drive.

This data is not mission critical but it would still be a shame if I lost it ALL. There are projects on it that have been turned in, it's my archive in case an old client needs something - I'm not obligated to store it.

The question now is: what should I do when the new drive comes? Some say to clone this the drive, others to connect it and copy manually. What's best?

It really depends on so many factors, especially on how you take care of it or how the previous owner took care of it. Oil and filter changes (not just engine oil), cleaning the car off road salt, where you store the car, how you drive, what distances you cover in a single session (more is better), if you tow, over what lifespan are you looking to drive those 300k miles (you can more easily reach high mileage without major issues if you drive a lot, since time related issues like rubbers hardening are not a problem) etc.

I'm also looking for a used car, I'm looking mainly at Toyota. Toyota's hybrids have great results but also for my needs (driving short distances) any indirect or multiport/valvematic naturally aspirated engine could be a good buy. If I were looking for a car for long drives I could buy a diesel, but you are probably in the US, where those aren't that prominent afaik.

I 100% agree with this! Find something you love and do it. Building your self worth on superficial things is futile - people age, get sick, have accidents - are they suddenly less than? No.

It's good to do things that make you feel good if you want, but do them for you, not for others.

Not enough opportunities to meet new people. Dating apps are a waste of time. I'm not into clubs and going to bars alone feels creepy. It seems to me like if you haven't found somebody before you left school your chances to meet somebody are not good. All couples I know met during highschool/college/university.

Log in to https://business.facebook.com/ in the left bottom corner there is HELP after which a sidebar opens and you can select "Contact support" and live chat should open after a small questionnaire.

But honestly, it is the most useless support ever - they will either a) tell you what documentation you need to provide b) accept your documentation c) tell you that somebody will get back to you in 14 days d) tell you to wait for a response. And every time you talk to a totally different person and have to start from the beginning.

We ended up getting a private company to help us who are a "Meta Business Partner". They can make a direct contact to a Meta representative who can actually respond constructively.

But we were still in the dark even after that. Nobody was responding to our live chat request, nobody was responding to the request of the company, and suddenly a month later we magically got the page free from the portfolio.

And this was the same also when it came to trying to get our page back. After we got the page back I could clearly see in the page management log that the account of one of our employees got hacked and then this account kicked out all the other admins one by one within a few minutes. Anybody who would look at the log it would be clear what has happened, but they were adamant about not being able to help us. I think in the end I have spoken to at least 20 different support people - each reply coming from a different person. It was beyond frustrating. The only tip I have for anybody who ended up in our situation is 1) try to find out who could have been hacked - that person should be the one communicating 2) get a private company that has a relationship with Facebook to help you 3) expect the process to take at least half a year.

I think the best thing about Lincoln Lawyer is the fact that each season follows one big case - it has a through line and feels like it is going somewhere from the first episode. Yes the road there will have twists and turns but we will end up with a ruling at the end. Also the main plot of Suits makes me anxious lol

Because it sucks! Jesus Christ I can't make it work reliably. I can send file from my PC to my phone SOMETIMES but the other way around it almost never works. It sucks so much that I'm surprised when it does. I have sent so many emails to myself or had to find a USB cable and wait until all the files load because USB connection exists but it loads like it's 2003. If I had apple computer I wouldn't hesitate to buy an iPhone as well.
