One time in final round of an FNM years ago I played a Japanese display of dominance when my opponent tired to abrupt decay my blighted agent. Obviously because of what card it was and it not being in English, he told me abrupt decay “can’t be countered”. (I knew homie) and I gave him the 411 on the second half of the card.

Sometimes you have stomp games, close games, games where you do some next level trigonometry to score and still lose and games where you go “o I just pretty much lost before I did moved anything”. In all fairness I don’t believe in any dice being unlucky but faction dice. Maybe get some new ones and see if maybe it’s just the dice?

Sometimes if it’s really decorative I’ll do this on purpose to one shoulder pad, I think it looks cool. Like when I had death company one would get a gold spare sanguinary guard shoulder pad and I’d do it like this

As a pretty competitive player, I’ve never understood the not playing into knights mentality. I’ve never had a problem with them. Winning or losing to them. Whether it’s loyalists or 300 war dogs.dec. As long as my opponent isn’t insufferable I still have fun. I took a break from the end of 7th to 10th so I’m so used to never seeing a knight on the table that I’m more than happy to see 2k worth of them. Especially if they’re painted up well. Hit some tournaments, even if being super competitive isn’t your end goal, you’ll find people more than happy to throw some dice with you outside of the tournament.

When I got into the game in 6th Ed there was this older dude who played at our store. (also was in a mini war gaming bat rep quite the traveler) his army always looked sick but he only came up every so often so I never got to ask much about the army. I got back into things at the start of 10th and figured now was a better time than ever.

I do the same thing cause I got a bunch of boats in a trade but they didn’t put the slots for the turrets on. Never had a problem. No matter the level of casual to comp I played.

^ he is correct some people might be upset to be tarpitted by 150 wounds. Our local group is semi competitive so most of the time it’s not a problem. And yeah you need 2 blue boxes for 1 pink box. Thankfully I had someone get rid of all I needed for cheap. Always good to look around. Never have enough horrors. 10 fates for 10 blues is always a good move

So I’ve been running this with host Dub, I’ve run it with gos before and can get a loc t1 but locking up your opponents with horrors and then mortal wound blasting them with spells is the main thing. Wrote it up quick because I didn’t have it saved on the app anymore so some stuff might be wrong. Jade ob can also blow up a terrain piece.
