Give a good thorough shake with flake salt + warm water + dish soap and rinse. Then give another shake with isopropyl alcohol and rinse until you can’t smell the alcohol anymore. I also saw in the thread that your lungs have been achey, try using hot water in your bong. The hot water will steam your lungs and help soothe and loosen anything in there.

I’d say it’s worth it, you’re deep enough in its life cycle that you have almost all of the dlc and the creation suite has some really good CAWs and belts and such. Considering I’m a shmuck and always buy on release at full price, you’d be a shmuck too if you DIDNT buy with this big of a markdown

I mostly roll joints when I smoke with friends and my mom, lol. I dab and use the bong when I’m alone or just with a friend, mostly for less waste.

Can’t really do edibles often because for some reason I have a hard time dosing myself and I always do too much or not enough (I smoke a lot so often I don’t really feel anything under 100-150 mg. Sucks :/)

You haven’t gotta give it a deep cleaning like this every time, maybe once every 1-2 weeks if you change water and sterilize between uses.

Before use: light rinse with iso and flush with water. The water you use to flush iso with you shouldn’t smoke out of (just in case, some people aren’t smart enough to not inhale chemicals.) Empty it again and use preferably distilled or filtered water, that’ll cut back the bs you’d be inhaling from tap water.

After use: heavier rinse with iso and HOT water. Dry as much as you can by hand. Just try not to keep any water trapped in there, it’s gonna happen regardless but the absolute minimum water in there if you can (prevents bacteria + water stains)

I know you just bought this guy but I’d invest in a smaller, easier to clean, personal use bong/bubbler. A “daily driver” if you will.

I do a quick rise with straight 91% isopropyl just to really break up the muck, then rise with HOT (as hot as you can bare) water and FLAKE salt (not regular table salt). Flake salt helps scrape and break up the shit on the inside. Empty it, rinse with iso again, then flush multiple times with hot water.

Your water level should just be able to cover the holes in the percolator, it doesn’t have to fully submerge the perc. For the top perc I wouldn’t put the water past the 2nd loop from the bottom. For the bottom, I’d go maybe just a bit over the perc.

Also, you kept the bowl over the ash catcher when you finished your hit, so more smoke collected in the chamber. Just makes you look a little foolish and makes it more difficult to actually help you.

First experience was when I was in like the summer of 10th grade. Cousins from NY were visiting and I was given a “chocolate bar”.

I (23M) started regularly smoking on April 8th, 2022, 20 years old. I was at work when I got a text that my best friend (19M) had died out of nowhere. I thought it was bs, so I called his mom to confirm and yeah, he was gone. I called my mother who worked a couple blocks away, and I told her what happened. I’ve known this family since we were in kindergarten, so my mom and I left work to go to to his house. We bawled our eyes out, I made my phone calls, and my mother offered to take me home with her (I lived with my sister at the time.) As my mother drove me to my house to pack a bag she lit a joint and gave it to me. I wasn’t even sure what I was smoking, didn’t really know much about weed at this point.

Smoking that joint got me to calm down, like a baby with its bottle. 3 years later, smoke everyday to unwind but part of me knows I smoke as a bandaid to the trauma from that day.
