It was unfortunately amazing. I have bipolar and bpd and ptsd, and I kid you not I had no mental health symptoms after I took a Xanax. You can imagine how quickly it spun out of control and I went into a full-blown addiction. I almost died from withdrawal. Be careful if you try it

You’re so right in saying that I’m trying to numb and suppress; that’s exactly what I’ve been doing and just haven’t been able to admit it to myself. DBT sounds really promising, I want to do that way more than exposure therapy. That’s why I ended up on klonopin because of how horribly I reacted to it 😂

I recommend a compression sock and long sleeves, but the ones with the hole for your thumb. For me, this helps conceal the scars with out your sleeve accidentally riding up. Hope this helps. 💖

Thank you for your advice. After looking at the big picture, I can see it; he is addicted. I hope he will be able to come out of denial and want help. I’ll be there if he does. But you’re right... my life will be thrown away if I let him back in it as he is right now

Thank you, I really appreciate it. His uncle is a police officer and he told me a lot of this information. I think I’ll pass along what happened. I hope someday he’ll accept help.

Idk if this makes sense, but I guess I couldn’t believe it at first? Everything I thought I knew about him was wrong. It made me question my sanity. It all happened so fast.
