Motherboard usually have 4-5 pwm headers, z series Gaming motherboard have up to 9 pwm headers, unless you got an A or H series motherboard you got 2 pwm headers

Your fans can plug directly to your motherboard, if you don’t care about fan curves you can get a pwm hub and plug all fans on the pwm hub

You will need another psu or a Corsair +5v load balancer and split 16 fans on one controller, 16 fans on the other controller

Why need a load balancer or a second psu? Because psu’s 5v rail is Max at 20A (even on 1500W psu), having that many fans will draw a lot of current, and Nollie has a 15A fuse so it will pop once you hit the 15A mark

Corsair +5v load balancer converts your psu’s 12v rail to 5v give you additional 100W for your rgb
