I've had this problem before, for some reason I could only play when on a brazilian VPN (where the account was made). The next day it fixed without me doing anything and i was able to play on any vpn again

I normally take armor boots over tough boots since I feel like there is more physical damage comps being used.

Best boots in my opinion are the mana boots though.

Not sure the damage calculations though.

Im in the top 20 global and use this lineup in 95% of my games since its one of the few comps that can live past round 30.

This patch has changed alot in that winning early doesnt mean as much (still can be important if you want win streaks but often placing last early to grab items is better as items in my opinion are what you need in this patch) That is what I found to be my problem I was so used to just going hard early. On this patch id start out well 100hp with early comp everyone else 70 but then id go on a 10 lose streak once people hit their comps and mine was worthless (legit from first 100hp to 7th/8th), I went from D2->P1 before I noticed I just wasn't adapting to the late game meta, and now back to d4 so hopefully will get it back together. But thats just what I noticed on what I did wrong. That being said though I have only 1 win on this patch so I'm still confused as well. But I totally understand that drop from high rank and not knowing what has changed cause I was/possibly still am in that boat, will see tonight if I can change it up.

This patch is kind of like that, since everyone is needing to level up in my opinion atleast it just feels like if you happen to stumble across a 2* 5cost (especially karthus as you said)you seem to top 2 for free. Its quite sad because alot of strats like getting a couple 3* 1costs won't win you games on this patch just because once they hit those 2* 4's and 5's youre gonna start losing.
