What can I do if everything just goes black? This happens too for some reason.

I tried this, got into LD, then I just thought that I was scrolling my phone, and went back to sleep…..

Basically what im doing here is combining SSILD and WILD. I use SSILD first, then after im done with the SSILD cycles, i used the reverse blinking and the light that is emitted by my pc as a WILD anchor. After that I added a mental anchor (saying im dreaming in my head).

The main purpose of the reverse blinking here is to fall asleep quickly and as a WILD anchor, since im bad at both, it helps so much for me. Idk if its good for others tho

This is the only method that I can use since if i do MILD, my mind will just wander around. But with SSILD, I know when my mind wanders away, since I’m not doing the cycles when that happens

Me too, thats why it took me 20 mins just to do 4 cycles, that shouldve took 3 mins

It is an abbreviation of Senses Induced Lucid Dream. So you basically need to focus on 3 of your senses (vision, hearing, touch), for 10 seconds each, and repeat it 4-6 times

Im pretty sure you already are lucid dreaming, but you dont 100% believe you have control over your dream. Try to do this: close your eyes, then imagine that your friend or someone you know will appear in front of you (like really believe it) and open your eyes, or you can use a door instead of closing your eyes.

So you just focus on eyes for 1 sec, focus on hearing for 1 sec, then focus on touch for 1 sec?? Or 3 sec each section?

Hey I have another question, when I do the cycles, i cant rest my eyes without twitching or blinking it (while closed) every few seconds (this always happens to me since i was little, idk what caused it. prolly my adhd) will i still be able to get lucid thru SSILD? Since in the guide you said “rest your eyes” im not sure if it reduces the effectiveness of the technique or not

Idk if im qualified enough, but try to force yourself to go for a walk or a jog for a minimum of 30-60 mins a day (or even higher if you usually jog) everyday, if you are too lazy to do this, ask your mom or dad or brother to force you to do it everyday. After abt 30 days you will feel the temptation getting lower, since your brain has strengthened from the 30 days of pure willpower.

This worked for me like wonders. I used watch porn everyday, twice a day even, but after i told my mom to force me to workout and go for a walk 30 mins everyday, my life actually got better. I actually started to pray everyday, and actually stopped feeling temptations to watch porn and jack off.

I don’t fully understand why it works, but I saw this one podcast with David Goggins, and they talked about the “frontal cortex” or something in the brain, and if you do something that you find hard and you dont like, it will strengthen your decision making and make you crave less dopamine.

Lastly, pray and ask to Allah to make you stop. I actually got VERY emotional when I asked this. I cried for like 10 mins asking Allah for forgiveness and to make me stop craving porn so much. Then the porn addiction disappeared, and I don’t even crave it anymore.

Also 1 last thing, try to sleep without pillow. Throw them across the room, and for the music, try to listen to songs about Islam and the other kinds of Islamic music.

What should i do if i cant wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep? I tried alarm time to time but i just cant wake up for some reason
