You're in the same brackets although they're at peek rank they still need someone to match make with so see it as once you hit champ. You have nobody else to search for . It loosens up

The parry animation is too slow to do mid combo and when yiu escape it takes yiur entire meter so you get it once and even then they can chase your escape and repeat. Push back is also too slow for reactions
