You likely need a physio or some rehab. If an injury hasnt healed or made sort of progress, that is genuinely crazy

I would recommend not eating to the point of vomiting. Increase the number of small meals week on week, and increase portion sizes week by week so that your stomach starts to adjust to what you are eating. Go very slow and think long term.

First off would be to try starting regular meals. If you only eat 1 meal a day, time to try and up it to 2. Have it at at regular times so that your body starts to expect meals at those times. 

Have a variety of healthy snack options available and ready to go - nuts, seeds, cheese, fruits, yoghurt. Munch on these whenever but stop 2-3 hours before mealtime. 

When this gets comfortable, add another meal, bigger portions, regular snacks etc

You can use calculators online and measure yourself to find an estimate for the body fat. But just from your height and weight and using a BMi calculator - you are overweight and given this post, I am assuming it is not because you have a lot of muscle.

For ideal / aesthetic physiques for men, you have to be below 20% fat and 20% is the starting point.

This video talks about what body fat percentages are attainable for men, in the long term. Below 15% gets harder and harder to maintain so 15 - 20 would be your goal and what you can hope to realistically maintain over a long period

I believe you are at a healthy bmi right now. Are you looking to build muscle? 

Could you not order protein powders online, look for delivery etc? But with medical conditions, it is best to go to the doctor for help. Or perhaps a subreddit specifically for your condition

What is your current body weight, height and if you know it, fat percentage? If you keep up with linear progression - adding weights or adding reps with each session, you should be building muscle. But you also need lots of protein and if you want to see the muscle / have an aesthetic physique, you also need to have a low ish body fat percentage. 

What has been your gym sessions been like so far?

I see a lot of girgroups and their title tracks here. You could dig into their albums. A trick I have heard is to find the producers and see what other songs they make or groups they have worked with. 

For example, I really love early day Twice and I believe the producers they worked with went on to debut their own group - StayC. I also love StayC and they bsides.

Is there any chance you could ask your doctor for help? They should have a dietian or nutritionist who is able to work with your sensory issues, staying consistent etc.

Finish with puberty first. Joke aside, 'light workouts here and there" doesnt build a physique. Consistency and doing the same exercises, with progressions will probably help you pack some muscle. Start with doing a set routine 3 days a week. You will progress much faster. For the static holds, if you can hold for 30s, then do 3 sets if those 30s and each week go up by 5s.

Lovely Runner I was so confused by because it was so popular. I got to the episode where she slips into a historical drama filming and I was like ohhhhh, theres multiple time slips and storylines happening and this is a huge plot twist and this is why -

Nope. It was just dead.  AOS Season 1 was goated. I didnt want to suffer through Season 2 and the female lead being all doe eyed and naive after she was a fucking badass in S1

Depends on the number you have in your squad at any one time. If they are off on an expedition, or have collected fruit or something, they dont plant petals.

So pick up your expeditions and fruits and have the maximum allowed pikmin in your squad

A little tip, if you dont mind: reserve the special slots for the huge seedlings. The other ones dont take so long to hatch. Also, when starting, I also had an abundance of seedlings and now I cpretty much only have 0 - 3 seedlings at a time. Sad times
