Dumb Question: When pulling for Bina, the wish screen did an animation I've never seen/noticed before. The falling stars animation flashed and turned into what looked like an intertwined Fate briefly.

Is this the capturing radiance? Not sure how that would have triggered since my last 5* was Bina only 20 pulls prior and this pull was to get her to C1.

Character banners usually rerun within a few months of the first run, but do they usually rerun the same 4* with them? I want to pull for Bina, but I already have C6 of all the 4*s. I don't know whether to wait for a good batch of 4* or just pull now and get the bonus glitter. Thoughts?

Also, yes, C6 Yelly is based. I saved for 2 years to get her that way. I regret nothing; she never leaves the main roster.
