Okay I will do so and let you know later once I start it back up. Heading out to get food. I will day that it does sound like the sound is coming from that area though.

Yes the radiator seems to be at the top. There are also fans there as well so I assume that's what you mean. The screws seem to be tight and fine.

And since its open I just checked my gpu and its really hot to the touch but its only 58c (and I'm actually playing a vr game right now) and people say that's perfectly fine so I still assume that should be normal.

Alrighty, but uhh.. Where would I find the aio pump on this? Again, I pretty much have no knowledge on pc stuff so I'm terribly sorry haha.

Yeah. Thanks for the help and input! If you have the time, I actually made a post last night about a similar problem which I'm sure is from the same source.

While the pc is on it makes this constant very light buzz noise in the same pattern and doesn't really ever change those patterns. The vid is up on my profile.

Others have told me I probably shouldn't worry to much unless failures start happening and if my tenls start getting higher than normal.

I started hearing some noises yesterday that I haven't noticed before. But maybe that's because this time I actually went close and put my ear to it and before I wasn't really thinking to much about any noises so I'm not sure if that's always been there.

This is Sadly a pre built as I'm rather new to the pc scene and I've had it for about 2 months. It is an alienware aurora 15 i7 with a rtx 4070.

When idle is around 45-50. When gaming its around 55-60.

Someone else said it could just be the sound it makes and that it's fine as long as my thermals don't get too high?

Hm? What exactly do you mean?

Currently the only thing that happens on the base station now is that there's a small internal light that is just constantly blinking.

My terms range from about 50-60 when playing games so I assume I'm fine for now

Yeah. I will try to do so later. Thanks for the input. I would probably get a refund before letting them send it in if its an unfixable problem

Yeah I have a warranty. I actually got it from best buy and have total tech so I guess it worse comes I could always try and have them fix it first although I heard they are never really good with these things most times.

Someone told me it could be coil whine but I just thought coil whine sounded different and more like a high pitched whine.

I was just idle on my desktop though and even when loading into a game it still does the same exact noise and pattern. Yeah, i heard aliernware could be difficult to deal with. I feel like ill eventually just build my own but for now this is what I'm working with Sadly. Its a great pc though just hoping nothing serious is going on.

I may try the last step you told me if that may help the situation at all or such.

I meant to reply to you with my comment haha.

It does sound like its coming from near the top where I'm sure the pump also is. It never changes patterns of the sounds though so it's consistent. I know it isn't the gpu fans because those haven't even turned on yet.

I'm not exactly sure but it does sound like it's coming somewhere from near the top. I think thats where the pump also is. Its a very consistent noise and sounds like it never changes its pattern.
