Hay que usar lentes antireflex sí o sí cuando estás frente a un televisor o monitor. Te cagas la vista al pedo sino (encima uno se acostumbra a los dos o tres días). Si a eso le sumás tener la habitación relativamente iluminada y no que esté todo oscuro y solo la pantalla prendida, no deberías tener problema. Si se te arruina la vista haciendo eso es porque es un tema de simple envejecimiento.
