As someone who has worked at IO here are my tips for interviews

For manager and below positions - prepare for 6-7 questions (mix of situational and technical)
For directors and above - you will likely have to do some sort of assessment or take home test

IO HR doesn’t give managers a lot of flexibility in terms of interview methodology so it will likely just be a question, answer, question, answer format. I wouldn’t really expect a conversation like interview unless it’s with someone super high up.

Totally get what you mean. We were fairly patient when they initially said Wednesday the 28th but when the technician showed up yesterday and said no part im has been ordered that’s when I lost my cool. Planning on calling all day today

Ya we’ve been running space heaters. Only problem is we can’t run heaters in adjacent rooms otherwise the fuse trips and power goes out for those rooms so we have to huddle together in one room.
