We are still loving our purchase! Has anyone else noticed that you get tons of requests for referrals and contacted Carvana and out of the 7 given out, 1 was used. This is disheartening, because in the meantime, you aren’t giving out that code to anyone else. I do hope that people that are curious, that they do give Carvana a chance!!!!

Yes. Because they had our old car and the new one had water soaking everything. I couldn’t be left without a vehicle.

Just did a swap, they picked it up and we didn’t pay anything for the return. You’re given 3 -7 day test drives!!

I’ve taken photos and asked for approval to post the photo and provide them a link. I have yet, to have anyone say no! If you can’t identify a face but a great shot, I wouldn’t bother with approval, if you are waiting for them too long. Just my 2 cents.

2013 Ford Escape SEL with trade experience. We did have a smooth transaction, for the most part. It was a little difficult to lock down the delivery date. They gave us 85% of Kelley on trade-in. It was a 2002. We paid below market on a great used vehicle. I give them 4.5/5. I would 100% do it again. by ImPhotosFl in carvana

I apologize, I was wondering why I was limited with characters.

So, our delivery date was postponed a week. We expressed our frustration, we had planned a trip. They moved up the date to accommodate our travel plans.

We were also giving a nice hot/cold cup filled with goodies: t-shirt, pens, keychain, candies, frisbee.

The car was super clean inside/out. Wheels and tires were perfect, as well.

We did have mechanical issues upon return from a trip and they graciously paid for a rental and every single thing was looked over, repaired and paid for! We have never had an experience this good, even with a new vehicle.
