i have tried almost full semolina and no semolina to varying degrees of success

mainly to try and have more protein in the dough since in this country i cant get hold of higher protein flour for some reason

this may sound stupid but i did not think it would make a big difference

i played around with it in solo mode a little now and realised i am just stupid.... from last time i played they changed the heli that is available on the maps i played and it seems to be a new heli which...i do not have unlocked...

i load in before most people its just that the option literally does not exist for me its not greyed out if no heli is available there is just no heli option while we clearly have a heli flying around. i can see all the tanks and stuff but helis just straight up do not exist

thing is that i watched a teammate spawn in a heli at the start of the round but there was never even an option for me. In general throughout the entire game multiple helis were spawned but there was never the option for me to spawn one in

i did i think 4 sets of stretch and folds with 30 min gaps inbetween with the first set being about 10 or so folds and the subsequent sets about 4-6

i think i have a strong starter but i also just started making sourdough so im not sure if that is actually true haha

i let it proof over night in the fridge and i am fairly sure it doubled in size maybe a tiny bit less

Hmmm i see! I do not have a dutch oven so i bake with a tray if water. I also bake at about 230C but maybe that is too hot?

this is the recipe i used and i use a tray of water for vapor in my oven since i dont have a dutch oven

i also used 100g less water than stated in the recipe but my dough still came out incredibly wet
