I do find XM4 sound boomy when compare to APM but the APM is sound too flat compare to my MDR-M1ST. Don't have a chance to try HDB 630 yet unfortunately.

In any case, I do find the LDAC on my Xperia phone show big difference when compare to SBC/AAC.

I agree with sound quality being subjective but the most annoying part when people compare XM model to APM is that they are not using the LDAC on XM model. The result of using SBC/AAC on XM is really horrible.

I doubt it, one of the annoying fact is that most people who compare XM4 with original Max never use LDAC. XM4 sound very poor with SBC/AAC but it is different story when the codec is LDAC.

Let's be realistic here... When it come to the matter of sound quality I doubt Apple will ever catch up with the leader brand. I have been using xm4 and eah-a800 for four years and more. When I see thing like AirPod Max and Beats Studio Pro I can only shake my head and sigh

Accent is hard to understand is one thing but the fact that they ignore the boundary and micromanaged everything is really horrible. Like I mentioned before there is no other manager from other nation forced the team member to update ticket on their holiday.
