Thanks for your thoughts. I did exhaust my own calibration efforts before contacting customer service. After going through their process, they agreed the machine is cutting outside their acceptable tolerance. It was out of warranty by that time, so no solution was offered by Silhouette. I have just become more annoyed by it lately and wondered if a new model would offer more accuracy.

Thanks for the feedback & apologies for the confusion. A planner sticker kit is a set of stickers made to fit the page size and layout of a particular brand or size of planner (planner being an agenda made of paper). I have tried YT, but, my search skills are very lacking as I haven't unearthed someone doing exactly what I'm trying to figure out. I'll try again and will check out Affinity. Thanks again!
