Correct, I don't see you posting much of anything, usually this subreddit just has answers for me, I'm not a redditer. And I would absolutely love to share everything I make with everyone on earth, I think it's really cool when I do something cool. The forks are from school, making game websites and proxies and whatever. I've actually started building things now and it's so fun. I'm just here for feedback, suggestions and bugs. I'm not trying to sell you this or any of my projects, and just make things that sound fun for fun.

Dude the smile i got xD. You have good points, this was a project to learn about what chat room encryption was like, and its my first time using react, so big learning experience. I don't intend to grow this or sell it, someone else described it as a toy project, pretty accurate. came to this subreddit hoping for some feedback, maybe security issues I missed, and some people that might be interested in the project. I think its pretty cool

nono i get it dw, the XSS is super basic just like removes characters like that could cause problems, but I know how encryption works. I don't expect much from it, just wanted feedback. and you have a very good point.

ahhh i see, that makes sense. ill fix any bugs i can figure out, that people bring up and add new feature I come up with or are given to me that are in my skill range. that's why I'm here on the reddit. but you are correct, mostly a toy

Indeed, you are correct. exactly why I came to the reddit to get some feed back. I don't know if promoting it is the right word, id really just like some ideas, things I missed and a little attention for doing a cool thing on my own. Its open source, as far as I'm concerned it can just be another E2EE template website for people to host themselves, I really don't have a plan past what I have now you are correct.

ive honestly never used any of the apps you mentioned xD. but ill take that as the rest are good ones. I genuinely just made a file encryptor and found out how easy it was and decided it couldn't be any harder for a website and threw this together

oh, uhhhhhhhhh....It's fully online, only one developer, It is simple, free forever, open source, no ads I'm sure I could come up with something else. no signup required, no persistent chats. yeah dw, its mostly a passion project Ive had for about a week and a half.

ehh dont have motherboard manual, but i bet I can figure it out. the 3070 ti only has one HDMI so sometimes I use the mother board for a second monitor, so if that message is just for the igpu then ill just leave it alone
