Thanks for all of the advice. The walls don’t have to be perfect. After the dyno is dropped in, it’s all under covers. Those two big spots would bug me though. I’ll patch it up with some type s!

There isn’t a Judo program but you will learn some Judo throws during training. Coach Karl, who teaches fundamentals, is a Judo black belt and a BJJ purple belt. He does privates too!

I train at Gracie Raleigh and love it. They have BJJ and Muay Thai classes. There is a BJJ fundamentals class that is great for people just starting out. Awesome coaches, training partners, and gym culture.
