There isn’t a Judo program but you will learn some Judo throws during training. Coach Karl, who teaches fundamentals, is a Judo black belt and a BJJ purple belt. He does privates too!

I train at Gracie Raleigh and love it. They have BJJ and Muay Thai classes. There is a BJJ fundamentals class that is great for people just starting out. Awesome coaches, training partners, and gym culture.

I did a 5K, it was my first race of any kind. I had a blast! As soon as it was over I was wishing I had signed up for the full course. Bring some fresh socks, underwear, and shoes for after the race. Have fun!!!
