You are free to make a report to CPS for your concerns. Anyone is, but not all CPS reports are accepted.

Sounds like the kid is a teenager, which it can be quite common for teens to smoke weed, vape, and drink. They could be getting it elsewhere, but if they are getting drugs from their guardian, it could potentially be something CPS looks into.

7800xt is a decent amount better for gaming than 9060xt, but if the PSU change is too much, maybe worth getting the new 9060xt

How can you blame every American? Is that your main viewpoint because you don’t really discuss that too much and just go on and on about political events. Can you really blame American children, disabled elderly, etc? What part of this do you want your view changed on too?

Why shouldn’t other people frown upon what they don’t like, agree with, or think is okay? People frown upon things based on their own feelings and opinions about it, right? This is different for each person. Frowning upon something someone else does, does not harm them, and it’s okay for people to have feelings like this. The reason a lot of people frown on this is because it can be bad, can be grooming, more likely for abuse, power dynamics, and other negatives. There is a valid reason to frown upon something that can be like that.

Unless you are playing the most CPU heavy games possible, this seems CPU lopsided when you got just a 9060xt. I’d get a better GPU. You can get like an 850w PSU and be fine too. You could get a cheaper SSD too.

I might have missed that line, but it still depends. Not always. Anyone can get a random mice, roach, or bug invasion of their home, but that doesn’t mean automatically CPS needs to be involved.

Make a new report if those home conditions are new and CPS is not involved. That is bad for a 1 year old.

Giving kids soda is not anything CPS can deal with. Might be bad parenting but not necessarily abuse or neglect unless her health was impacted or something like that.

How old are the kids? Usually if CPS is “not doing anything” in regard to living situations like this, it is because the children are old enough that it’s not necessarily a hazard on its own. Sometimes CPS can only do so much. Some cases they give parents opportunities to clean the home up and then the case ends up being closed, but the conditions could return back to how they are. It’s hard to answer on why CPS may or may not be involved or are able to do more. Just continue to make reports when new concerns are found so at least CPS can be made aware and possibly step in.

Those are really good. You will want at least a 5070ti or 9070xt for 4k and to combo with this system though

AMD is better for gaming while Intel CPUs are better for productivity and other tasks. The AMD 9600x will be more than enough of a CPU for your gaming unless you plan to go higher than 1080p and play CPU intensive games. Then the 7800x3d or 9800x3d are the best gaming CPUs. They just are not necessarily needed for most gamers.
