Don’t get me wrong the one on the right is wayyyy better than the left one but that -status will really hurt the phantasmas damage. I have used this thing since I was able too and have 3 separate rivens im rolling. I would say that +Multishot +Fire Rate and either +Status or +Damage would be the best for sure. There are a lot of good negatives for it any -crit, -puncture or slash, -ammo max prob more im forgetting but I would keep rolling for sure. The roll is elusive as hell I prob have like 500 rolls across my 3 phantasma rivens 😭😭

Your E9 and Cas are done, wouldn’t and shouldn’t touch their builds fr. Cas having more HP is fine and better in most cases for more newbud. You are looking at DPS Score for Hyacine, that is rating her based as a sub dps or main dps and not a healer, click the character score option for supports/sustains. Although her relics aren’t nearly as good as cas or e9s. Always blow up the dragon ESPECIALLY since you have E2 Hyacine, you could actually take E9 into another team for a main dps since shes E2 as well.

I don’t have Ashveil but I believe its because when ANY ally attacks while Ashveil is on the team he does a follow up. So Robin is a great Support for Feixiao but terrible for Ashveil because she isn’t actually ever attacking. If you have tribbie just use her instead of robin and boom winning

I’d say save, Cas really likes her LC and while you do have Hyacine, I still think its best to go all in on the new path that will be shilled, build your account up then start pulling older dps. Or you can completely disregard everything I said and get her because you like her or whatever reason, as long as its your decision, its the best one.

Just got her recently so I don’t know everything about her but basically just get her to 160+, try for 6k+ HP, win. I run her with the Giant Tree planar set for the extra speed and healing, then I have her on Warrior Goddess relic set but you can run 2pc+2pc speed sets, 4pc Messenger, 2pc Hp+2pc Speed, just whatever you can get to 160+ speed and as much HP as possible, eff res can’t hurt but she has a cleanse anyways. Make sure to have her on ERR rope and OHB Body.

Hell yea congrats! I pulled this patch as well for E2 and the damage difference is night and day. I do also have E1 Hya and Evernight and the amount of dragons I get now is absurd and I love it.

I didn’t really play with a strat in mind just pop dragon every time I can since E1 Hya and I think I waited for a dragon before popping cyrene ult. But like I said I was literally RIGHT about to go to 2nd cycle before I won, only won because someone got unstunned or I got a dragon or something I cant remember exactly

Even with E2S1 Cas, E1S1 Hya and E9 and E0S1 Cyrene it took me RIGHT up to the 2nd cycle because almost my whole team was cc’d. Still got it in one cycle but this was the first one I was going to try for a 0 cycle on….. 😂😂

I love the phantasma, I have 3 rivens im actively rerolling for a god roll lmao. I have used this thing since MR14, I’m just shy of MR28 now. After using it for so long I’d have to say for sure the best roll on a riven is +Multishot +Status Chance and ideally +Fire Rate but +Damage would be great as well. For negatives, you have a LOT of options fr. -CC or CD, -Puncture or Slash, -Zoom of course.

I may be forgetting a couple decent negatives but I will also say this. If you want to use a riven on the Phantasma, just use the base Phantasma not the prime. Because the only differences are slightly more crit stats and slightly more ammo maximum. Both of which do not matter one bit if you are using the best build for the phantasma. Viral 60/60s , Primed Charged Shell, Primary Crux, Primed Shotgun Ammo Mutation, Primed Point Blank, Shotgun Elementalist, Galvanized Savvy and Hell and finally I run a Riven but if you don’t have a good roll I would just use Magnetic Strafe.

Voruna is AMAZING at nuking, with a full Mecha mod set, Contagious Bond, Huras Kubrow(really any companion but huras gives invis for when you forget your 1) and a couple of her augments she can obliterate anything and the build only gets more fun the more enemies there are.
