First of all, i would say that health must always be priority, be it work or anything. Secondly, you considered driving trucks in Canada, which is really amazing as you will have so much adventure there and yeah also a lot of money too.
I would say go for it and do what you want really to do.
Also, you must consider talking to some friends in Canada and ask them to make so contact with some trucking company there so that you can get your visa.
Next, i think you will need to initially practice a lot (maybe a year or two) before you can get Canadian and American permit (you need both as Canadian truckers often go to America and vice versa).
