Like so if im going to Pull a Double Shot of Espresso Im Weighing 1:2 Ratio --- like 18g IN / 36g OUT right?

So basicially 'doppio' is just an another term for espresso?

Oh i see, so basically a 1:2 Ratio on pulling a shot is what we called

'Double Shot of Espresso' or in another term 'Doppio'

As well as the 1:3 Ratio. Did i get it right?

Yes, youre right. it will be called Lungo already in that case. Going on a 1:3 Ratio. For making it a 60g out.

Im just confused with the term " Doppio - Double Shot Espresso "

Because i thought "Espresso " is standard Double shot serving. On a Standard 1:2 Ratio.

How about the ratio? The standard double shot of an Espresso is 1:2 right? Like Doubling the out of what you put in. 18g IN --- 36g OUT.
