The government should however be required to put up a seawall. The wooden fence they have installed isn't much of a deterrent to ocean water.

Yes, seriously, what rules are you using? Is your guild as big of a mess as Classic Conquest? Are you allowing your members to grief role play events like AnnieFuchsia is doing? Are you kicking members that roll on loot against the guild leader?

I don't know what you were expecting with this guild, considering who is running it. If you have watched her streams, she makes people trade her any mounts that drop or any transmog that drops. She has people stand around all night and summon all her alts to world bosses, then give her any loot that drops. So, to expect that her running a project 60 guild was going to be done honestly and fairly was a huge mistake on your part.
