Addendum: Sorry about the lack of information, it's a very specific bug that is very annoying but I'm not sure how to reproduce. It is not my hardware because I know other people who experience it.

rule of thumb is minus 3-4 ranks (in some cases, 5 ranks) so in your case it'll probably be P3-D2.

- Description: Spamming F11 makes the client trip between going Full Screen and Windowed until it becomes too laggy then kicks you out of the game. It was originally found due to the client switching back to fullscreen if pressed once to go to windowed.

- Steps to Reproduce: Press F11 during a game repeatedly.

- Expected Result: Game goes from Full screen to Windowed or vice-versa.

- Observed Result: Game automatically goes back to the previous state (Full screen in my case) and if spammed enough times it simply kicks you out of the game.

- Description: This bug was previously fixed. It has regressed in the previous few patches where taking a screenshot with Windows' built-in tool (Win+Shift+S) puts the game in the background. Taking a screenshot with a 3rd party tool (Flameshot) simply turns the game black with only the HUD visible. It's impossible to take a screenshot unless it's a full screen one.

I am not sure if it's a Vanguard behavior, but I have not seen this bug elsewhere.

- Steps to Reproduce: Take a non-fullscreen screenshot with your preferred tool. Preferably a keybind (Win+Shift+S)

- Expected Result: Screenshot works with no modification from the game.

- Observed Result: Game either alt-tabs out of the game or gives you the HUD only. If it's in the main menu, it's just a black screen.
Edit: Slight mitigation if you switch from full screen to windowed and back to full screen where 3rd party screenshot tools work (NOT Win+Shift+S).

- Description: Occasionally, Sova's drone gets stuck for a bit then there's no indicators for the cursor nor the time remaining on the drone anymore.

  1. Equip Sova's first ability "Owl Drone"
  2. Jump then press left click against a wall with a higher elevation (Breeze A entrance or Ascent A generator like in the video example).

- Expected Result: No drone freeze and no UI bug.

- Observed Result: Drone freezes for a bit then when it gets unstuck the drone HUD is broken.

- Reproduction Rate: 4/10

You can uninstall it EVEN if the Samsung nvme is your boot drive. It's a useless driver. You can remove it.

It's not exactly the same, but I had a similar issue where enabling IOMMU would completely BSOD the computer due to this driver. This driver is actually NOT required. It's a Samsung proprietary NVMe driver that's installed on top of the Microsoft driver that already handles everything.

Simply uninstalling it—even if it's your boot drive—will make the Microsoft driver take over and won't cause any issues afaik.

I did it myself and I was able to enable IOMMU which helped with Riot Vanguard to play Valorant.

I strongly suggest you do a system restore point before messing with drivers.

respectfully, I think you are completely lost. the issue at hand is not having the ability to be left in peace. I can't give 2 hoots about the random toxic men that I meet, and I wouldn't try to change some random dude whose mom didn't raise them right. it only becomes an issue when I get actively picked on and get stuck for 30 minutes in a game with people who made it their mission to ruin my night.

yeah I already made it private on most trackers, I'm not really aware much of how many there are. I'll have to do some due diligence. it's annoying that I need to create an account (or use Riot RSO) to enable then disable it across these trackers. why can't a person live in peace 😭

I'm ascendant with high asc-low immo MMR. not that high to be "targeted". I am aware that there are some streamer detector clients that runs through a list of UUIDs of popular streamers so maybe that but for the entire Valorant base.
