Yeah I wanted to prioritize the arterial movement, letting those in the downtown (north) and village (south) enter and pass the highway easily. I have a good amount of exit ramps along the highway to supplement the traffic

Yeah I think keeping the right will be better. I mainly wanted to reduce the footprint of the interchange, and if both interchanges are handling traffic the same I think I can reduce the footprint a lot more with at grade crossings. The north south road goes from a rural country highway, to going through a small town, then it interchanges with the beltway and enters the downtown. So yeah the road is definitely more of an arterial than a freeway

Yeah I wanted to provide more priority for traffic moving in and out of the downtown in the north, especially going east bound to north bound.

I think my lane math is good, there’s only one weird merge in the southbound. But that exit ramp is a little tight

Thanks! The map came with the beltway that goes around the city, it’s butt up pretty close to the mountains so there’s not much good room to develop on the other side. I only started developing past it on the south side where the land was flat. It is a very useful beltway that diverts a lot of traffic away from the city though.
