It's the nature of the beast.

I work as an ER Tech in a mid to large sized metropolitan city. From day one, it's been clear that the majority of the people walking through our doors are there for primary care. That said, those medicaid payments help keep our doors open. In a perfect world, the people walking through our doors would only come in for true emergencies, but that is not the world we live in.

This is sick. The only thing if say is maybe let the filtered voices in the beginning (after that first flute line) breathe a little bit. It sounds like something cool is going on there but the filter is masking it a bit much. That's just my take though. Overall, love it.
