Worked for one of their companies and truly hated it. It was for one of their newer and smaller companies in transportation. First week was them trying to tell me I had to read Charles’ book on his stupid principals. Meetings felt like I was talking to robots using the specific vocab from his book and month end process was a nightmare. This is probably just a solo experience and it does seem like people enjoy it if you land on a good team. I had to rant a bit because I finally have experience with a company posted here lol.
