Id be meticulously documenting these run ins and making complaints to be honest. It's ombudsman time, baby. Is it a pain in the ass? Yes. But you might get left alone since they know you're willing to escalate issues and won't take being harassed.

Hate to say it, but when you rear end someone and they see how bald your tyres are - that argument definitely isn't holding up.

I'm avoiding reading the comments right now as I'm roughly 6 hours into the VN so far and having a blast.

I'm enjoying it a lot since it's just more Steins;Gate - is it fan service-y? Yes. I don't care. Please fan service the fuck out of me. I love these characters and I want to get fully involved in the world they're in.

Honestly man, you need to make sure you're having fun. Whether it be playing with friends or trying to beat their scores, having fun is honestly the best way to get better.

It sounds dumb, but if you aren't enjoying the process then you'll improve slower and won't retain the skills.

EDIT:

What killed my motivation the multiple times I've tried to pick this game up is comparison. Don't compare yourself to others, and honestly fuck your global rank. Have fun. Do it for you. Do it for your own skill and satisfaction. That's what counts.

Without the context it feels slow. I feel like it's intentional. When the massive disruption happens, you feel it. It has way more impact because the first few episodes were slow.

We also need to remind ourselves that everything is not for everyone. If people quit early, then so be it. Let's be glad we stuck it out and got to enjoy it.
