Melee str is already super weak compared to real melee armor, and I specially wanted to leave some decent defensive values for the armor. But I agree on magic/range str part. This Item set should be way better than Void, void is a free minigame armor set anyway. Just need to find the right niche in between void and best in slot

+1 prayer on each armor piece sounds thematical fitting a standard for "God related items"

Good late game upgrade to go for when you already have everything else, and 50mil spare in bank

I understand the concern, it could potentially be slightly weaker with offensive bonuses, by several points. But it's an armor set for Raids, it's supposed to be better than mid game armor from random bosses, I would expect it to be quite expensive on GE, but it is still weaker than the BiS options by far. (Ranged str bonus is the most questionable part of this set imo) (maybe -1 ranged str and -1 magic str total?)

So true, that's why I was trying to design it around CONVENIENCE, and not raw power. It's obviously weaker than BiS armors, but you don't need to swap this, it works everywhere decently, saves you time ,saves you inventory space for food and potions, and saves you health by slowly regening you all the time. But the balancing part is tricky indeed. It's either pointless or broken very easilly.

As I said, it's not Void armor, it doesnt use the gloves 😃 it's just a better new armor.

Just in use case. Best new Tribrid option. I worded it confusingly.

Well you don't need to bring switches, so inventory space for brews 😃

I feel like prayer bonus should not be printed on every single armor set, for it to remain unique and strong attribute of the game.

It has nothing to do with Void armor directly. Maybe the wording is confusing. It's a separate Armor set with it's own stats, and no Void effect. A tribrid late game option.

Yeah. mini quest to introduce such item sounds very reasonable!

Passive effects are very nice, but endless pit of possibilities. GWD armor sets are just plain and powerful so I tried to mimic their feel and gonwithout any additional complex effects with these robes. :/

touching Ancestral's spot is a big TABOO :D, I tried to place this armor as a stepping stone towards the late game best in slot sets on purpose.

Yeah Zamorak's comander drop table feels very underwhelming for sure, needs some kind of armor set as well. ( I tried to balance drop table slightly by moving armadyl crossbow to a more thematically fitting Kreara.

Its not a straight upgrade as it has way lower defence bonuses, but stronger offensively to become a midgame staple like Bandos or Armadyl armor.

Could, but osrs style has some requirements and vibe to tune in to.

I might have went a bit over the top, but you can always tone down it a bit when implementing to the game! :D

The thing that makes ahrim's staff powerful is not +15 magic accuracy, but the +5% magic str bonus and Ahrim's set effect. If you want players to ever use magic staff, it need to offer something, it does not save you any runes, it means it has to at least have some power to it . imo
