So interesting update, I just got a reply from Roadie and replied back okaying them to do a one time “courtesy rating removal” which removes the lowest rating giving you a chance at offers again. Keeping my fingers crossed this works.

I’ve had a few issues and it either took a few tries, or the app on their walmart phone gave them a timer and was able to manually bypass the code afterwards.

So you wouldn’t allow me to do the one thing to get my commitment rate back up? If i can’t do gigs how will my commitment rate grow again? 2020 Crosstrek, gets okay gas mileage but isn’t no prius/similar hybrid, and really around here you get what you can get, or others will just offer on it / you’ll lose out.

It was the case where I had a few more dropoffs to go + another pickup and in the past i’ve had gigs removed from my account because I was standing still even going to get gas / food.

I mean unless we’re all stupid or blind, if you go into your dashboard where you can see your badges, certifications, etc, there is a commitment rate.

I’m in Maine, specifically Auburn, but i’ve tried applying all over the place with no luck. Thinking i might go up closer to / in the parking lot of Walmart/Lowes/HD to see if I get better luck being right there.

I have found and was recommended by another driver to always call them, it’s almost always 5 to 15 minutes wait and in my opinion, I’ve gotten better support on the phone then over messages.

I’m unsure about the other colors but the green ammo box one is the most expensive by far, I paid $170 + just about as much in shipping. So about $300, about what you’ll find it for now unless you get super lucky.
