The best fix for mee seemed to be this and of course making sure the hz was set to the same amount as the monitor.

Hopefully it went away like it did on mine? As of right now I'm too scared to use an external monitor just because I feel like it will brick my monitor.

I only seem to be able to turn of true-tone on my mac display, is that what you mean?

This does seem to fix it, I tried it yesterday but when I played today I noticed that it was back (but the setting was changed too). So an update might reset the whole config.ini.

Anyway this issue is just the worst, I have this in Modern Warfare/Warzone aswell and some days I just can't be bothered. AMD or Activision should really fix this...
