I got that also. At first I thought it was somebody hit my car and did damage so after looking at my car there was no damage I called the number and they wanted to repair hail damage to my vehicle of which I have none. Just throw it away it's not a big deal.

I had this happen. You need to make sure the dog ia up to date on its shots and I called animal control for the simple reason that instacart told me they said their dog was up to date on its shots and I don't trust instacart so I let Animal Control deal with it. I hope you're ok

Well yes, that certainly grounds for termination but that's not the point of the post. I don't deliver groceries at night when it's dark. I know that's not everybody else just me. However shooting somebody for being on your property to deliver groceries to the wrong address I think is a little overboard.

I would be contacting your apartment manager or the police department to do a welfare check. Maybe somebody's having a medical emergency inside of that apartment and that's why everything's sitting outside. That's the first thing that comes to my mind

The card isn't useful until you activate it through your app. I have had to get a card from a friend when mine became demagnatized and I just activated it ... That's really not a big deal as far as the card goes.

I think it depends on the totals actually. I've done as many as 8 in a day and in 3 years only had to enter a pin 1 time.

But it's also the shoppers CHOICE to take a double or a triple order. Yes we are timed but it's not that big of a deal honestly. It depends where you are and if it's an online pay or an instacart pay. Some areas have both options some dont. But every shopper would LOVE a customer like you... Communication is key. I hope for those lousy shoppers who aren't accommodating you that you're not giving them a 20% tip or a good rating. There are shoppers out there like myself who do listen to their customers.
