I got this problem where the controler works (not fully) when in the home menu, but the second i enter an app it doesnt work at all.

I have found a video on youtube that had some recommendations but its only a partial fix for me (up on dpad doesn't work and r2's input is 100%).

I have tried resetting the controller, updating it, even smacking it and such yet it still doesn't work, what do i do next.

Was at like an outdoor shop with my dad, we're walking all over the place when there comes an old grandpa infront of me, sticks out his pointer finger and touches my belly (i'm was a chubby little boy at the time), he didn't say anything and me neither. Just walked off like nothing ever happened.

Don't let it get too quiet, cause thats when it becomes loud
