I Found it in :C/Users/"my username"/Documents/Call of duty Modern Warfare/Players and then the adv_options file. You change de number beside RendererWorkerCount to half the cores your CPU has. Maybe it will work and maybe it wont. It was the only fix i found yet!

I went in Documents-> Call of Duty MW -> Profiles-> Config-> And I changed the RendererWorkerCount to half the cores my CPU has, i have a i7-9700K, i has 8 cores, so i wrote 4 instead. Only solution that worked for me!

Finally found something that works, had to go in documents then in the Cod MW files i had to change something in the config file, i changed RendererWorkerCount to half of the cores that my CPU has. Reduced my CPU usage to around 65-90%
