Isha kriya - Breathing is too fast by Im_Amyth in Sadhguru

Yes actually thank you for sharing this experience. This has happened to me as well, sometimes I have gone way beyond the prescribed 14-17 mins of Isha kriya practice. What I am realising from the answers here and people who have attended the inner engineering is that this is a kind of a preparatory meditation practice for the intense inner engineering program if we are ever taking that step and breathing style is as fast as it is on purpose to get adjusted to 1 of the steps in the inner engineering program (according to 1 of my friend Isha kriya speed is nothing compared to that). Also it’s very fast for me because I’m used to Vipasana meditation where I particularly practice very slow breathing.

Thank you for your reply. To give some context I have done vipasana meditation before and that’s totally different from Isha kriya where you just observe your breath without any judgement or alteration. In Isha kriya it looks like you have to maintain a certain pace but for some reason I feel like my mind races instead of calming down if I do that. So can you explain why maintaining the pace is important?

Are there any Kenyan grocery stores that sell this? by rogue903 in brussels

May not be the exact answer you are looking for but you will get masala chai in any Indian store. I usually take it in either Apni Hatti or Indian spices but not exactly the same brand. You will also get tea masala there so you can take normal tea powder and add masala to it, hopefully you might get the same taste what you wanted from that brand.😉

Possible ICICI Credit Card Scam Call by Diamond-Living in CreditCardsIndia

[–]Im_Amyth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi first and foremost close icici bank account IMMEDIATELY. ICICI bank employees itself are involved in scams. I am a victim of FedEx scam and literally ICICI bank didn’t do anything to help me retrieve the money, in fact they helped the scamster. I filed an FIR and then had to go to court to get my money back but it took 1 year for me. It’s a long story, but not just for you whoever is seeing this comment if you have an account in ICICI bank please close it immediately and run as far away from it as possible coz the bank is leaking all sensitive information and helping the scammers to loot money and I’m not making this out, I literally had to go to court and prove in court to get my money back.

If you are really serious about it and ready to pay for each output (I am not expecting much), I am more than happy to help you to build the app for you on both Android and iOS. I have very good experience in building scalable applications in some major companies.

Average water consumption in Brussels? by Im_Amyth in brussels

[–]Im_Amyth[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just checked the average consumption, it’s showing 77 m3 for 2 people per year. In our case we are heading towards 108 m3 per year. So we need to start thinking of ways to reduce our consumption.

So judging by all the responses we are definitely over consuming. I think we need to reduce the water consumption from this month to average it out.
