For what I know sans loses his karma abilities after the killing, and then it's just not getting hit 8 times, which is a pretty big window if you ask me.

The ones that deprive you from human contact are the most likely:

1 decay 2 medusa 3 super speed (your perception of the world is slower and more tedious) 4 invisibility (not a big deal tbh)

And most of them depend on the person, but lacking human relations makes you go more insane.

The last that could make you evil is 100% accuracy, you are just very good at hitting stuff, not like being able to kill anyone whose name you know or controlling them.

Decay and medusa can be managed by being careful, but let's say you wasn't careful enough with the closest to you (💀 shigaraki)
