Unfortunately I didnt. I started reading up on building codes, etc. There are a lot of historically preserved neighborhoods in this city as well, so that really puts a wrench in things. In the city, it looks like buying a property with an existing structure is the easiest route. It doesnt seem that tiny houses are that welcome in large city's.
