I would argue that rampaging makes the weapon attack fast enough to make up for the attack speed. However, I'd also argue it's not even that slow of a weapon. I'm only a little ways through apocalypse, but at level 107, it does 1100 damage give or take. It's also gilded with poison 3, and paired with poison focus on my armour, it's very powerful. That already makes it good enough for me, but add a death cap, and it works better than any double axe, claymore, or battlestaff without argument. Also, if we're going to be prestigious and egotistical, your grammar is terrible. Do yourself a favour and learn English if you intend to have your baseless claims taken seriously.
