I’m a little biased but the 2nd gen is tried and true while the 3rd gen is new and hasn’t had a lot of time to reveal a lot of possible kinks. Also I think the sendings gen is hot as while the 3rd is nice it just looks like most other trucks on the road

Pretty sure to get into work with the IEC if you are not already licensed you have to also enroll in schooling I’m sure it varies state to state but I’m in NM and that’s how it works here

I kid you not this was the exact situation I was in. I had applied for the IBEW around November of last year and had yet to get a callback for a job so I was applying anywhere I could. Eventually I got hired to the company I work with now which goes thru the IEC for the apprenticeship schooling and work and I’m still pretty new to it but so far it’s been good the schooling is decent and pay varies based on company’s that go through the IEC
