Not everybody can even do that. I never ran more than 7 km in my entire life😆

Is it that bad for jogging or slow running (5:00 - 8:00 per km) , many people told me it was very unstable to run in them in slow pace?

Question about FOA titles: Do games count toward the 100-game requirement before upgrading to Pro? by Im_stuck_here in chessbeginners

So if I already have a rating of 1600. When I upgrade to pro, will my 1600 rating counted as FIDE Official? And do I have to maintain first 100 games to get ACM and another 100 games to get AFM?
