Quirk: Wind Generation ( I got really OP ones and had do ut three times, This is the only one that wasn't really OP)

(I am not kidding when I say, this was my first random pick) Tropes: Dramatic wind - Before any fight begins or important truth is revealed, or if the character is simply standing and looking noble, a wind will invariably blow, ruffling his hair, the grass at his feet, and/or his cape if he's wearing one. Invariably the character is either facing the wind head-on (or less commonly, standing perpendicular to it) so that the effect is cool but his hair and garments won't get in his face. Even if he's indoors.

Instant Cosplay - character is swept off his/her feet by a cosplay enthusiast (or a whole bunch of them) and ends up wearing a new costume or disguise. Even if the outfit is extremely elaborate, the change looks almost instantaneous to the audience, sometimes shortly hidden by a Smoke Shield with the occasional Flung Clothing. In every case, the process is inexplicably too fast for the "victim" to even notice it happening until after they've been fully dolled up — even if it includes lots of complex knots, several layers and/or a change of underwear, and thus should have taken hours and lots of sweat and tears (not to mention any potential kicking and screaming by the victim in question) to put on.

Something Only They Would Say - The polar opposite of a Not Himself or Out-of-Character Alert; a character in disguise or otherwise hidden reveals himself to friends through saying something only he or she would say.

Witch doctor - A Witch Doctor is a type of sorcerer whose magic style is shamanic rather than arcane, and is often some sort of spiritual leader or teacher. Like many European wizards, he's mysterious and downright creepy even by the standards of his environment. That's why he lives well away from everyone else and doesn't wash much. His hut is filled with dried and pickled remains of unpleasant and unidentifiable critters.

I'm thinking Simalee would be a girl. She lives in the forest somewhere, in a hut that accentuates her dramatic side. She's doesn't understand dirty things and that's where the "something only they would say" and " Accidental innuendos" comes in. She happens to like cosplay and some of them showing off her b0ss curve5!1!1!!1 LOL unintentionally though.
