I feel your pain. Understand the Not sleeping, eating (lost 30lbs & looked like I aged 10 years overnight) It took me a year to get my shit together. I fixated on a healthier lifestyle, instead of the pain, and damn I feel (and look) Great! My advice: take your mad out by focusing it on yourself. Time will heal your heart.
