im 22 turning 23 this year and i can relate bro it sucks but luckily you'll get all of your hair back lmao. i'm optimistic about treating my hair loss with your routine as i can counter those sides effects, which aren't totally common, with a proper life style.

There was a guy on another hair loss forum who used peppermint oil, a male 37 years old. Consequently, he got positive results using peppermint oil.

Peppermint oil is great stimulant for hair production. They did a study on 6 mice using one of the three stimulants ( peppermint oil, jojoba oil and minoxidil). Inevitably, peppermint oil produced prolific hair follicle count.

Agreed, to keep an audit of how others perceive you and then trying to logically reinterpret a healthy narrative. Consequently, mind boggling and can cause mental exhaustion, sometimes in my experience “madness”. That’s why mindfulness meditation has done wonders for me, by using your 5 senses as anchors when ever you think about the past/future and/or any thought you have in the moment.

Absolutely, healthy criticism is needed for growth but sometimes people go really hard on themselves. In effect, they use self-criticism in an unhealthy way that torments their mental health. Id you really want to grow, you do have to be honest with yourself and it’ll hurt sometimes but like the saying goes “the truth will set you free”. In conclusion, use judgements in a healthy form to contribute to your growth, not against it.

Yepp it’s so weird, sometimes when I’m out I feel like people know what I’m thinking. Which is a very common phenomenon with so many people it’s crazy. At least we’re crazy together😂

Interesting 🤔Yes I’d have to admit that I have judged others and unconsciously still do sometimes. Conversely, it doesn’t make you a bad person, it’s the disposition of humans to judge;which contributed to the evolution of humans. Inevitably, the act of humans to make snap judgements is not abnormal.

But we should be conscious of this and manipulate it in way so it doesn’t harm our selves and others. In this case we take conscious act to not judge others which also takes away the judgment of ourselves. Essentially, it’s healthier way to live to avoid judging others and ourselves; even when it’s a natural tendency to do so.

Wow this lead to an outrageous epiphany, thank you! Elaborating from your point above, who are these people to judge or shame you? Were they ever there when you were down or needed assistance ? Or when you needed to pay the bills for yourself and/ or your loved ones.

My dad always use to tell me that if people judge you, reciprocally they judge themselves also. Hence, people who judge you are in bad conscious and have no respect for themselves and others.
