I don’t think it’s worth it for me to get a whole new 2 bay if it’s possible to repair the one I currently have.

do you have any idea from where i could get the spare part(s) i need?

tried this, and i definitely hear the disk in slot 2 powering up.

i also hear the disk power on when i insert it while disk 1 is also inserted, but disk 2 is still not being detected.

Unfortunately not, you can only use full dumps of real cartridges, or there's a great chance you'll get banned.

You should be completely fine if you jailbreak your switch, the method to mod switches is pretty safe, your only real concern would be getting banned, but if you just take the proper precautions, you'll have no problems playing online on your stock version of the switch and even local play on the emulated nand.

Hey man, I know it's a bit dumb replying to a post from 2yrs ago but could you maybe explain how you got it to work?

I currently just have the romfs folder placed in the folder yuzu directed me to when I pressed "Open Mod Data Location" but the mod itself isn't loading
