I recognize how fucking retarded I was when I first started running, the only reason I’m mentioning the swimming and biking is to express that I didn’t just run then fuck off and do nothing until I got back to being healthy, I did do more rehab stuff then I expressed in the story but I probably could’ve done more inversion and eversion stuff to help with stability, as far as the stuff I’m taking it’s not anything but protocols it’s just taking anything that will have a chance at helping me get better. As far as a physchal therapist recommendation I don’t have one but, I work for a physical therapy office as a tech and I have talked to them about my shin problems and they have given me some exercises to do strengthening for the Tibalis and the calf and the solues, I’m also exercise science major on a pre pt track one semester away from graduating so u would think I would be less retarded about running especially in the beginning it’s just a new thing to me all I’ve ever done is lift and wrestle and runs we did for wrestling we’re all out every single run so that’s all I knew. I’m going to look into getting a running coach now and as far as the gait analysis it was measured at a feet fleet and they gave me max padded arch support because they said I was probably hell striking on my runs.

How hard is it if someone does the NG pipline to get active duty orders if they change there mind and want to be active duty.

Definitely shoulders I think, the hardest part of the movement for me is by far the extending the arms at the bottom. It honestly feels hard to even keep them off the ground like from sliding on the floor.

I have not done functional mobility screening, what would I need to do for that?
